Refund policy

Try the first 10 pages free before buying. If SheetPack is not a fit, request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing soo2000925@naver.com. Include your order number and checkout email. You do not need to send drawings or payment-card details.

Our launch policy

We will accept a full-refund request made within 14 days, subject to transaction verification and Lemon Squeezy's fraud and refund-abuse rules. A short explanation is helpful but not required. After 14 days, contact us about delivery failures, defects or other problems; applicable consumer rights continue to apply.

How the refund is processed

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes refunds under its Buyer Terms. Its refund rules also reserve discretion to issue refunds within 60 days to prevent chargebacks. That is not a separate 60-day money-back promise from SheetPack.

We verify the request and arrange the refund through Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are not instantly approved by the app. The payment provider and bank determine when the funds appear; currency conversion may affect the amount shown in your account.

After a full refund

The license for that purchase ends. Stop using it and remove the license file and any shared copies. Our order system records the refund and blocks further fulfillment. Activation and renewal are refused once the refund is recorded. A Mac that stays offline can retain technical access until its existing activation expires, at most 7 days after its last successful activation; this does not extend the refunded license rights. Your own documents and exported files remain yours.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory cancellation, warranty or other consumer rights.
