License & terms
SheetPack is developed and supported by Soo, an independent developer in South Korea. Contact: soo2000925@naver.com.
What you receive
A one-time purchase provides one named user with a non-exclusive license to use the current SheetPack release and version 1 on one activated Apple Silicon Mac they own or control, including for commercial work. There is no recurring subscription. Future major versions may be sold separately. This does not promise a release date, lifetime support or compatibility with every future macOS release. Keep a backup of your installer and license.
Trial and compatibility
The trial processes the first 10 source pages. The full license removes that trial limit; each document remains limited to 100 MB and 500 pages. The app requires an Apple Silicon Mac. It targets macOS 13, but has not been runtime-tested on macOS 13 or a second Mac. Intel Macs and virtual machines are unsupported. Activation requires a working Secure Enclave and login Keychain. Test the trial with your own document before purchasing.
Your documents and review
You retain rights to your documents and exported files. Only process documents you are authorized to use. SheetPack reads text PDFs; it does not provide OCR, CAD editing, takeoff, engineering validation or a guarantee of correct extraction. Compare every extracted number and title with the source before using or sharing an export. Keep your source files and backups.
One Mac per license
Version 0.4.0 uses online device activation. Import your purchase JSON while connected to the internet. One license activates one Mac; sharing a license or activation file does not grant use on a second Mac. The app renews its signed activation when online and permits up to 7 days offline after a successful activation. After expiry, reconnect and renew to use the full license. Drawings and filenames are not sent for activation. Local document processing is unchanged.
To replace a Mac, contact support from your purchase email with the order number and the new Mac’s Device / transfer details. After verifying ownership, we reserve that replacement and stop renewal on the old device. The new device becomes eligible only after the old offline period expires, up to 7 days plus a 5-minute clock buffer. Deleting local files does not release a binding. A lost Keychain, hardware repair or system migration may require this process. Do not share or resell the license.
After a full refund, your license ends and you must stop using it. Activation and renewal are refused once the refund is recorded. A device that remains offline can retain technical access until its existing activation expires; this does not extend the refunded license rights. A partial refund does not end the license unless separately agreed.
Checkout, delivery and support
Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for checkout, payment, receipts and transaction refunds. Its Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction. The checkout displays the final price and applicable taxes. We send the license and download instructions to the email supplied with the order. If delivery fails, check spam and contact support with the order number; never send card details.
Support is by email. Refund decisions, unusual delivery failures and other exceptions may require manual review. We do not promise instant replies or uninterrupted third-party services.
Consumer rights and changes
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Our refund policy and privacy notice provide further details. Changes will be dated here and will not retroactively remove the license or refund rights attached to an earlier purchase.
